With a heavy heart i have decided to sell our family home of four years. It is a large detached house in Peterborough Cambridgeshire UK. Unfortunately the stresses of working away from home for long periods have taken its toll and have decided to sell up and move closer to work.

I’ve also decided to sell the property privately. While estate agents no doubt do a grand job, their fees most times are also equally grand. While i was investigating methods of selling the property I was surprised to find this blog’s domain name was available which i thought was pretty cool. The property is located within walking distance of Peterborough station and town centre. It is close good schools, parks and many amenities. The property needed some cosmetic work which i decided to proceed with after a few false starts. However i unfortunately will not enjoy the upgraded due to changed requirements at work which requires me to move closer.
